Sunday May 6th from 1:00 – 4:00 Healthy Relationships Workshop with Meditation, Journaling and Gentle Yoga

Led by Nikki Schwarz, with Yoga by Kari Williams
Come relax and unwind as you learn how to foster loving kindness toward yourself and build healthier relationships with those in your life.  Through the use of guided meditations, journaling exercises, group discussions and gentle yoga, you’ll discover tools to help you take better care of yourself and the relationships in your life.
This workshop is designed to help you forgive, heal and improve, not only romantic relationships, but friendships, and relationships with family and coworkers.  This workshop will help you feel more connected to those around you and you will gain the resources to facilitate your continued self-study and growth.
***All participants will receive a goody bag that includes a cozy blanket, a journal and more resources to help you on your journey to build healthy relationships.
Nikki Schwarz is a professional singer and dance instructor.  She also works in administrative roles within the performing and visual arts industries.  After learning about the importance of self-care and personal growth to keep herself in balance, it became her passion project to teach others about the tools that helped to improve her own life.    
Kari Williams is a registered yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga since 2015.  She has completed several trainings in various yoga modalities from power to yin.  She loves how yoga is a conduit for stress relief, relaxation and renewal and feels honored to share her love of yoga with her students.  
Yoga is suitable for all levels.
Light snacks will be provided.

Sundays May 6th, May 20th, June 10th  8:00 – 9:15
Gently awaken your body and set yourself up for a great day with this progressive class. We will begin with some gentle postures to lengthen and stretch as we progress to a moderate flow to build heat and enliven the body. Breath work, spinal twists, balance, and savasana included! This class is great for all levels.  Modifications will be provided. 
Bring a yoga mat if you have one.  We will provide mats for those who need one.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and get set up.  
After yoga, enjoying an amazing breakfast and coffee at Bailiwick!!
