kari williams yogaKari has a passion for personal fitness. She has achieved many personal goals from becoming fit and getting back into shape after her pregnancies to completing several runs and triathlons. However, as a busy mother of four, Kari was craving an outlet that would help her feel healthy and strong while giving her the solace to unwind and reconnect body, mind, and spirit. She began her practice of yoga as just another avenue for fitness and flexibility but was amazed at how much more yoga provided.

Kari completed a 10 month, 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training with JudiAnn Cesta of East Street Yoga in July of 2015. Shortly after that, she had the opportunity to spend the year in San Diego, CA with her family. While in California, Kari had the opportunity to practice at several studios of various traditions of yoga from Bikram to power; the experience of which has greatly deepened her practice. She also completed a training in “Yoga Sculpt” with CowerPower Yoga of San Diego; a total body class that incorporates weights and cardio with a yoga foundation.

Kari is excited to have the opportunity to share her passion for yoga with the Sangha Community at Gazella.
