ImageErin began discovering the amazing benefits of yoga in 2010.  She fell in love with the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, which led her on the path of completing her 200 hr Life Of A Yogi Teacher Training in 2013.  

Erin enjoys spending time with her family, health/wellness, and being in nature.  She feels honored to help others discover the benefits of the mind-body-spirit connection that yoga gives.
