• Run Strength & Conditioning – Introduction Block – Take your running to a new level this winter! This class combines interval training on the TrueForm Runners and run specific strength exercises. We will follow a build format, increasing in intensity as the weeks progress.  The program is broken up into three blocks:  The Introduction Block will run for three weeks in December – here the focus will be on base conditioning and strength exercises. The goal of the Introduction Block is to prepare you for the more intense sessions to come.  Blocks 1 and 2 are each 8 week blocks and will run in January/February and March/April, respectively.  This program is designed by Reem Jishi, USAT Level 2 Triathlon Coach and RRCA Running Coach.  Sundays at 8:00 am, Wednesdays at 6:00 pm or Fridays at 9:15 am.  Block 1 begins the week of January 1st.  REGISTER
