For those looking for more personalized attention, at Gazella Training, we offer several different options for those training for triathlon, duathlon, cycling, swimming or running events – Private Coaching Programs and Sessions, Personalized Training Plans, and group based Event Specific Training Plans.

PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAMS

Triathlon (MultiSport) Coaching – $200 per month (or $550 for three months)

SingleSport Coaching – $150 per month (or $400 for three months)

Private coaching programs include an individualized training program delivered through Final Surge, one hour per month of one-on-one time (in the form of a meeting(s) or a private coaching session), and unlimited communication by email/through Final Surge.  Monthly coaching packages also include free Team Gazella Membership and an option to add unlimited fitness & yoga classes and training sessions for a discounted price of $100 per month.   All private coaching programs are created by Reem.

EVENT SPECIFIC TRAINING PLANS

Gazella Training also offers Event Specific Training Plans for local running events.  These semi-customized plans are created by starting with a general training program, and then adjusted for each athlete based on his or her individual schedule, fitness level and race goals.  The training programs also include coached group training sessions.  All workouts are delivered through Final Surge and the program fee includes unlimited communication through Final Surge.  Next up …

  • Syracuse Half Marathon Training Program – 10 Week Training Program including 10 weekly Group Training Sessions (Wednesdays at 5:30 pm September 6 – November 8 or Fridays at 7:45 am September 8 – November 10) and a semi-customized training program delivered through Final Surge.  Program Fee: $175  REGISTER
  • Run Your 1st 5K – Beginner Run Program – This seven week training program is intended for new runners (or runners who have taken an extended break) who are interested in completing a 5K.  Over the course of seven weeks, we will take you from walking to running.  We will also spend time working on run technique.  The program includes seven weekly Group Sessions (Saturdays at 9:15 am September 9 – October 21) and a training program with two additional recommended weekly run/walks.  All participants will be paired up with a Run Buddy, a more experienced runner who can provide support and guidance.  The target event is the Syracuse Track Club Annual Halloween Run at Green Lakes State Park on October 29th.  Program Fee: $75.  REGISTER
