Winter Group Training Sessions
Run Strength & Conditioning – Introduction Block
Take your running to a new level this winter! This class combines interval training on the TrueForm Runners and run specific strength exercises. We will follow a build format, increasing in intensity as the weeks progress.
The program is divided into three Blocks: Introduction Block (3 Weeks in December), Block 1 (8 Weeks in January/February) and Block 2 (8 Weeks in March/April).
The Introduction Block will run for three weeks – here the focus will be on base conditioning and strength exercises. The goal of the Introduction Block is to prepare you for the more intense sessions to come.
This program is designed by Reem Jishi, USAT Level 2 Triathlon Coach and RRCA Running Coach.
*Wednesdays, November 30, December 6 and 13 at 6:00 pm
*Fridays, December 1, 8 and 15 at 9:15 am
*Sundays, December 3, 10 and 17 at 8:00 am
Pre-registration is required and space is limited to 8 participants.

Although the Introduction Block is not required for participation in Block 1, it is highly recommended. Participants registered for the Introduction Block will be given priority registration for Block 1.
