Winter Group Training Sessions
Run Strength & Conditioning – Block 1
Take your running to a new level this winter! This class combines interval training on the TrueForm Runners and run specific strength exercises. We will follow a build format, increasing in intensity as the weeks progress.
The program is divided into three Blocks: Introduction Block (3 Weeks in December), Block 1 (8 Weeks in January/February) and Block 2 (8 Weeks in March/April).
Block 1 is an eight week session spanning January and February. In this block, we will take up the level of difficulty on the strength exercises and add intensity on the run.
This program is designed by Reem Jishi, USAT Level 2 Triathlon Coach and RRCA Running Coach.
*Wednesdays at 6:00 pm – January 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, and February 7, 14 and 21 with Kristin Walker
*Fridays at 9:15 am – 5, 12, 19 and 26, and February 2, 9, 16 and 23 with Jessica Millman/Chris Hueber
*Sundays at 8:00 am – January 7, 14, 21 and 28, and February 4, 11, 18 and 25 with Sandy Pine
Pre-registration is required and space is limited to 8 participants.

Although the Introduction Block is not required for participation in Block 1, it is highly recommended. Participants registered for the Introduction Block will be given priority registration for Block 1.
