Join the group for Coached and UnCoached training sessions in cycling, swimming and running.  These sessions are designed to be progressive in nature and, as such, to get the most out of the training, consistent attendance is recommended.   You may use your class card/unlimited monthly pass for coached sessions.  UnCoached sessions are free of charge.  Team Gazella Membership ($25 SingleSport or $40 MultiSport or $5 day pass) is required to participate in all Coached and UnCoached sessions.
