Before becoming a Spinning Instructor, Sandy was a Special Education teacher for almost 13 years.  While teaching, she also coached Girls’ Modified Volleyball for a number of years. Sandy has always had a love of sports and fitness, playing several sports in high school.  She has also played softball and volleyball on various city teams over the last 20 years, and is currently a volunteer coach with Girls on the Run.  Sandy became a Certified Spinning Instructor in January 2013 after being a participant in spinning classes for three years.  She says that Spinning combines her love of teaching and interest in fitness.  Sandy hopes to help others make fitness an important part of their lives and something they enjoy.

Sandy teaches Spinning indoor cycling and is a cycling coach for Team Gazella.
