Run a 5k…..and more…..Part 2!
We will gradually increase our run intervals each week, and you will be able to run at your own pace. You will also be given a training schedule with 2 recommended workouts for you to complete during the week.
We will meet at Gazella and head toward the Nature Trail. Class will consist of warm up, run/walk intervals and a cool down.
Class runs from August 11th – October 13th (no classes on August 18th and September 22nd)

Yin Yoga with Sharon Riccio… Thursdays at 5:30 PM starting September 6th
Discover how Yin poses nourish the connective tissue, reduce joint stiffness and stimulate the flow of energy throughout the body. Yin yoga compliments a vinyasa practice by offering prolonged floor poses which stress, stretch and strengthen our connective tissues which include the fascial sleeve around muscles, the tendons, ligaments and joint capsules. Explore this quiet practice which has a calming affect on the nervous system and cultivates inner awareness and mindfulness. Mobility and flexibility will improve. Great for all levels.
Outdoor Walking Workout with Sandy Pine…Continues in September Wednesdays at 8:00 am
Outdoor interval walking that will get your heart pumping! We’ll alternate between faster walking and slower, rest periods to burn calories and increase our cardio endurance. You will walk at your own pace, so all levels are welcome.
