Yin Yoga with Sharon Riccio… Thursdays at 10:30 am starting July 5th
Discover how Yin poses nourish the connective tissue, reduce joint stiffness and stimulate the flow of energy throughout the body. Yin yoga compliments a vinyasa practice by offering prolonged floor poses which stress, stretch and strengthen our connective tissues which include the fascial sleeve around muscles, the tendons, ligaments and joint capsules. Explore this quiet practice which has a calming affect on the nervous system and cultivates inner awareness and mindfulness. Mobility and flexibility will improve. Great for all levels.
Outdoor Walking Workout with Sandy Pine…Wednesdays at 8:00 am starting June 27th
Outdoor interval walking that will get your heart pumping! We’ll alternate between faster walking and slower, rest periods to burn calories and increase our cardio endurance. You will walk at your own pace, so all levels are welcome.
Thursdays at 9:15 from July 5th to August 2nd. This fast-paced interval-based class will alternate between cardio sets and core sets. We’ll do the same exercises each week – the challenge will come from increasing the interval time and decreasing the rest time. High and low impact options will be available for the cardio sets, and more various options will be offered for the core exercises, making this class appropriate for all fitness levels. Consistency is the key to improvement, so although there is no requirement to come each week, the more sessions you can make, the more improvement you will feel!

YOGA IN THE GAZEBO AT BAILIWICK!!
Sundays June 10th, July 15th, August 12th 8:00 – 9:15am
Join us in the gazebo at Bailiwick for Morning Flow Yoga. Gently awaken your body and set yourself up for a great day with this progressive class. We will begin with some gentle postures to lengthen and stretch as we progress to a moderate flow to build heat and enliven the body. Breath work, spinal twists, balance, and savasana included! This class is great for all levels. Modifications will be provided. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. We will provide mats for those who need one. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and get set up.
After yoga, enjoying an amazing breakfast and coffee at Bailiwick!! (not included in the price of the yoga class)

New Training Program!!!
Crossing the Finish Line Run Training Programs
These semi-customized on-line training programs target local area races, and are intended for those looking to conquer a new distance or interested in improving their finish times with a more structured training program. This fall we will offer training programs for two half marathons:
*The Empire State Half Marathon on October 14th – 14 week program beginning the week of July 9th – $175 *The Syracuse Half Marathon on November 11th – 14 week program beginning the week of August 6th – $175
All programs are created by Reem Jishi, RRCA Certified Running Coach.
Here’s how it works. Once you register, we will be in touch with you to get a sense of running experience, limitations and race goals. From there, we will start with a general training program, and adjust it to fit each runner’s needs. The program will be delivered on a weekly basis by email, and will generally involve 4 runs per week. Participants are encouraged to provide feedback on the training sessions and ask questions! The program is open to all, but is best suited for the advanced beginner/intermediate runner. In addition, we recommend that participants come into the program with a weekly mileage of at least 10 miles, including a long run of at least 5 miles.
