Discover how Yin poses nourish the connective tissue, reduce joint stiffness and stimulate the flow of energy throughout the body. Yin yoga compliments a vinyasa practice by offering prolonged floor poses which stress, stretch and strengthen our connective tissues which include the fascial sleeve around muscles, the tendons, ligaments and joint capsules. Explore this quiet practice which has a calming affect on the nervous system and cultivates inner awareness and mindfulness. Mobility and flexibility will improve.
This workshop is for all levels from beginner to athlete. There will be adaptions given for all. You will be provided with worksheets that will help you to practice your poses
